When you
are alphabiotically in balance you have the possibility of becoming
truly awake, and aware; in contact with your Greater Self. You are
unilaterally strong, peaceful, relaxed, inner-directed, able to deal
with stress, and headed up– positively.
Fight and
Flight is your bodies Way to prepare itself when it encounters a
predator situation. Your energy goes to the arms and legs. Ready to
Fight or Run away. This is a normal reaction. After the situation is
over the normal response is to go back to whole brain function after
the Stress situation is over.Repetition of Stress and the Fight and
Flight Response sometimes locks us into this outer reactive
position.When in this outer reactive Position:

• We lock in the dominant hemisphere of
the brain
• One side is
strong
• The other side is
weak
Prolonged stress responses may result in chronic
suppression of the immune system, leaving the body open to
infections, however there is a short boost of the immune
system shortly after the fight or flight response has been
activated. This is due to an ancient need to fight the
infections in a wound that one may have received during
interaction with a predator.
